  • General Earthmoving

    Building your home or shed requires a solid foundation. We can clear your land, bulk cut to fill, pier holes, concrete preparation and provide a safe construction of batters for the foundation of your Home or Shed.

    Large scale Earthmoving to sloping land including ramps and earth drainage.

    With access to a range of materials and products, we can provide your project with materials such as crushed rock, topsoil, granite sand & washed sand to suit electrical spec.

    All sourced locally from the Ballarat region.

    We can also remove topsoil. spoils and rock from site.

  • Civil Construction

    The Xcavate team has the resources and expertise to complete a variety of Civil works.

    We can prepare & compact sub grade materials, preparation for both concreting & asphalting surfaces, carparks, roads, driveways, culverts & pipework, drainage and the transportation & delivery of quarry materials to name a few.

    When it comes to Subdivisions we can complete all of the excavating, drainage, culverts, and final trim in preparation for road surfacing.

    With a history of works carried out at local Windfarms, Shopping Centre & Industrial Carparks to name a few; we have a proven track record of completing these projects in to a timely manner and with the greatest of quality.

  • Rural & Farming

    When it comes to the larger properties, we’ve got you covered. Our team will provide expertise for all of your Rural & Farming needs ranging from construction of Horse Arenas, Round Yards, Driveways & pathways, clearing & levelling of land, Shed & Tank Hardstands to name a few.

    Meeting at your property to walk around by foot, we believe is best. To scope out the works needed, discuss the solutions and decide on the most suitable quarry products, we can then put a plan in place to carry out the works timely to you.

    We can also reshape or construct your Dam, install outlet and inlet structures or rehabilitate water erosion. Water features, Jetty installation and even Tiny Home Installations; our team can do it all.

  • Driveways - Rural & Residential

    Whether you require removal/repair of an existing or construction of a new driveway; we can remove, resurface and level any area to your requirements. Our expertise can be applied to a 5m driveway through to a 350m driveway and more if need be! Roundabouts, U-shape and Ways, can all be marked out and constructed using the best quality materials to ensure longevity and durability for years to come.

    Capable of constructing Crossovers to Council Specifications, we will also consider your current or future drainage needs for your in town or out of town driveway.

  • Landscaping

    Have an idea in mind for your front or back yard? We can provide medium to large scale landscaping requirements including topsoiling, turf, trenching and irrigation.

    After discussing your needs and budget, we can source all materials, scrape, lay drainage/irrigation, resurface, level out and either lay turf or complete with concrete preparation.

    We also specialise in large scale rock retaining walls for the larger properties.

    Using specific attachments to our Excavator, we can provide trenching and underground infrastructure such as stormwater & sewer. Your drainage issues are solved with correct swale drainage, water run off and water reticulation taken care of.
